Make your first game

It takes a few minutes, and most of them you can spend doing something else.

1. 1Open New game. You'll see a box that asks what game you want to make.
2. 2Describe your game in a few sentences: what the player does, what makes it hard, how you win, how it looks. Not sure where to start? Pick one of the genres under the box.
3. 3Leave Plan selected and press Create game.
4. 4Read the plan. Press Read full plan to see how you play, the enemies, the controls and the look. Select any part to change just that part.
5. 5Press Build game. You'll see each step while Looti builds. You can leave the page; Looti lets you know when the game is ready.
6. 6Press Play now and try it. Then tell Looti what to change in the chat.

Short is fine. You can always add more later: “add a boss”, “make it harder”, “more colors”.
