Refund Policy
Last updated: October 24, 2026
This is a draft that a lawyer has not reviewed yet. Text in gray brackets, like [PABLO: …], is still to be filled in.
This page says when Looti gives money back for your Looti subscription. It is part of the Terms of Use.
In short
- You can cancel whenever you like. It takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
- We don’t refund a month that has already started, unless we billed you by mistake.
- If a generation fails, you don’t lose credits for it.
[PABLO: confirm this refund policy: no refund for a month already started, except a billing error]
Cancelling your plan
Open Plan & billing and choose Cancel plan. It takes you to a secure Stripe page where you confirm. Your plan then ends at the end of the period you paid for: you keep your plan, your credits and your games until that day, and you aren’t charged again.
The credits that come with a plan reset every paid month, and credits you didn’t use don’t carry over. Credits can’t be exchanged for money.
When we refund you
We refund the full amount of a charge that was our mistake. For example:
- you were charged twice for the same month;
- the amount was not the price of your plan;
- you were charged after you cancelled in time, before the renewal date.
If something on our side kept you from using what you paid for, write to us and we will look at your case.
When we don’t
We don’t refund a month that has already started, credits you didn’t use, or a game that didn’t turn out the way you hoped. Nothing on this page limits the rights you have under the law where you live.
Failed generations
If a generation fails, the credits for it are not used, so there is nothing to refund. You can try again.
How to ask, and how you get paid
Write to support@getlooti.com from the email you use on Looti, and tell us the date and amount of the charge.
A refund goes back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. How soon it shows up depends on your bank; it usually takes a few business days.
Buying from creators (not live yet)
Creators are planned to be able to sell unlocks inside their games. This is not live, and these terms will be final only when it launches. As planned, Looti keeps 10% of each sale, and a buyer can ask for a refund within 14 days of buying.
[PABLO: confirm the 10% and the 14 days before publishing this section]
