Terms of Use

Last updated: October 24, 2026

This is a draft that a lawyer has not reviewed yet. Text in gray brackets, like [PABLO: …], is still to be filled in.

These Terms of Use are the agreement between you and YouDraw, LLC (“Looti”, “we”, “us”) about using Looti: the website at getlooti.com, the tools that turn your description into a browser game, and the public pages where published games are played (play.getlooti.com). We call all of it the “Service”.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

What Looti is

Looti lets you describe a game in plain text. Looti uses artificial intelligence to build it as a game that runs in a web browser, lets you change it, and lets you publish it at a public link that anyone can open without an account.

Looti is run by YouDraw, LLC, 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA. You can reach us at support@getlooti.com.

Your account

You sign in with your email address (we send you a link) or, where it is offered, with your Google account. You must be at least [PABLO: minimum age to use Looti (13 is the usual floor in the US, 16 in parts of Europe)] years old to use Looti.

Give us accurate information and keep your email account secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else is using it, tell us right away.

Free credits are for one person, once. Making more accounts to get them again isn’t allowed, and we may remove the credits or close accounts that do.

Credits, plans and payments

Building or changing a game with the AI uses credits. When you sign up, you get 800 free credits, one time.

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions, in US dollars, paid through Stripe. Each one includes credits every month:

  • Starter, $29/month: 2,900 credits every month
  • Pro, $79/month: 8,500 credits every month
  • Studio, $199/month: 22,000 credits every month

The credits that come with a plan reset every paid month. Credits you didn’t use don’t carry over to the next month. If a generation fails, it doesn’t use your credits.

A subscription renews every month until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing (Manage subscription). Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep your plan until then.

Stripe takes the payment. Looti never sees or stores your full card number. [PABLO: say whether prices include tax or whether sales tax/VAT is added at checkout]

We may change prices or plans. A change to a plan you already pay for starts with your next billing period, and we will tell you before it does. Refunds are covered in the Refund Policy.

Your games and your content

As between you and Looti, you own the games you create with Looti and the prompts and files you give us. Because AI builds the games, the law in some places may treat AI-made material differently, and we can’t promise you any particular legal result.

When you create or publish a game, you give Looti a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, copy, run, display and distribute it as needed to operate the Service, and to show it in Looti, for example on its public page, in a showcase, and in previews or screenshots that promote Looti. We use this license only to run and promote the Service. It ends when you delete the game, except for copies that stay in backups for a limited time.

You are responsible for the prompts, images, audio and other files you give us. Only upload what you have the right to use. Games can include art and sound from libraries that have their own licenses; when a license asks for credit, Looti shows it on the game’s page.

Different people can get similar games from similar prompts. We don’t promise that a game is unique, free of errors, fun, or free of other people’s rights.

Rules

You may not use Looti to create, publish or share:

  • anything illegal, or that helps other people break the law;
  • content that is hateful, harassing or threatening, or that promotes violence against people or groups;
  • sexual content involving minors (we report it to the authorities);
  • malware, phishing, scams, or games built to steal data from or deceive players;
  • content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or other rights;
  • other people’s personal information without their permission.

You also may not try to break, probe or overload the Service; get around limits, credits or payment; copy or resell the Service itself; or use bots to create accounts, or to send reports.

Reports and removal

Anyone can report a game on the report page. We review reports. When a game breaks these Terms or the law, we may remove it, switch off its public link, or close the account behind it, with or without notice. We don’t have to review everything people publish.

Copyright. If you believe a game infringes your copyright, send a notice through the report page that says which work is yours, where the game is, and how to reach you. Include a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized, and a statement that the information is accurate and that you own the work or are authorized to act for the owner. We may share your notice, including your name and email, with the creator of the game. If you are a creator and your game was removed by mistake, write to support@getlooti.com and we will take another look.

Our designated agent for copyright notices is [PABLO: designated agent for copyright notices (name, address, email), registered with the U.S. Copyright Office]. We close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe copyright.

Features that are not live yet

Some things are planned but are not part of the Service today: playing online with friends, creators selling unlocks inside their games, and ads in games. Nothing here promises that they will launch. If they do, we will publish the rules that go with them (for example, what Looti keeps from a creator’s sales and how refunds work for buyers) before they go live.

Other companies’ services

Looti uses other companies to run the Service, for example for payments, hosting and AI models. Their terms can apply to you when you use those parts, and we are not responsible for them. How they handle your information is covered in the Privacy Policy.

What belongs to Looti

Looti, its software, its brand and the design of the Service belong to us or our licensors. These Terms give you no rights to them except to use the Service. If you send us feedback, we may use it without paying you.

Availability and changes to the Service

We try to keep Looti running, but we can’t promise that it will always be available or free of errors, or that nothing will be lost. Keep your own copy of anything important. We may change, pause or end features.

Ending your use

You can stop using Looti and cancel your plan at any time. To delete your account, write to support@getlooti.com.

We may suspend or close an account if you break these Terms or the law, if you put the Service or other people at risk, or if a payment fails and isn’t fixed. The parts of these Terms that are meant to last, such as ownership, the license to what has already been shared, the disclaimers, the limits of liability and the rules for disputes, last after your use ends.

No warranty

To the extent the law allows, Looti is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise that a game the AI builds will work, be safe or suit your purpose.

Limit of liability and your responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Looti and the people who run it are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the greater of what you paid Looti in the 12 months before the claim and US$ 100. [PABLO: lawyer to confirm this cap] Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

You will cover us for claims, losses and costs that come from the games or content you publish, from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or from your breaking someone else’s rights.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and for important changes we will tell you (for example by email or in the app) before they take effect. If you keep using Looti after the date, you accept the new Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of, and disputes are heard in: the State of Delaware, USA.
